　　A hundred cents make one dollar and a hundred centimes make one franc. Cent and centime are from the Latin word centum meaning one hundred.　１００セントが１ドルで、１００サンチームが１フランである。セント やサンチームは、１００を意味するラテン語centumに由来している。
